Weird Colon Cleansing Snakes

Ok this is weird but here it goes. I dreamed last night that in my bowl movements were long snakes with teeth. I must of passed 15 or 20 of them. The thing is I wasn't afraid because they were acting as a colon cleanse and were all dead when they came out bc they had eaten all the bad stuff inside me, thus cleansing me. I know its gross but hey. And the only part of them that actually looked like a snake was the long tails, but the head didn't and again had teeth. Not sure what this means. I am waiting on a manifestation of a healing, but I'm not sure if this relates. Help!
