dreams of infidelity

Post by jjp708 on Mon Jul 26, 2010 7:03 am

Does anyone know what dreams of infidelity mean? For the past week or so I've had reocurring theme dreams where either I'm cheating with someone or my irl boyfriend is cheating. But the twister in these dreams is that they are all people that I know.

For instance, in one dream I had "relations" twice with my BFF husband and tried to conceal it from her. I remember driving a car that she had brought for him. Even after she found me driving the car I just kept lying and lying about the situation. Now IRL I WOULD NEVER DO OR EVEN THINK about such actions. It's just way out of my character. .

In another dream my IRL BF was cheating on me with one of my friends but in this dream he wasn't trying to hide it. I got the impression that he was doing it to get back at me for something, just like in the above mentioned dream my BFF's husband was doing it to get back at her for something.

Any thoughts here?

I'm going to reply to this from my weird life of prophetic dreams.

Mostly all of my dreams come true, and mostly all of my dreams are very literal, with very little symbolism.

Oftentimes, when I have a dream which is about something that is way out of my character I know it's about someone else.

For instance, one night I dreamed that I was telling someone that I had only smoked heroin once. The reason I remembered the dream is that I woke up with a relentless itch during the dream. My wrist itched like crazy so I woke up and looked for a bite but there was none. I itched for about twenty minutes and then I went back to sleep.

I went to the person whom I thought the dream was about and asked if they had ever smoked heroin.

Their reply was, Yeah, but only once because I didn't like it.

I then reported that I remembered the dream because I woke up to this itch that lasted about twenty minutes.

The person was amazed because heroin users often have an insane itch that lasts about twenty minutes. I had no idea until I had experienced this itch myself.

So, perhaps this is about someone else but you are experiencing it first hand.

MY GOODNESS MIA! WHEW you just blew me right out of the water.

Yea, my BFF is having an affair. I've know it for sometime and honestly, I've been struggling with telling her how wrong she is. As a matter of fact she texted me that morning (before I had the dream) and shared with me some disappointment regarding her marriage.

How should I handle this situation (you think)

This is probably what's going to happen: He's going to find out. She's going to deny it. He's going to pay her back.

Now, what you need to do is do what pleases God.

Love ya,
Mia

LOL PS If you want me to be more specific, I will.

LOL....I'm almost afraid to say it but SURE....let it rip....LOL

But first before you go further. She's someone I've always had (and still do) so much admiration for. She's always been my "go to" person because she's always had the best advice. Now in saying that, she's not good at being on the receiving end if you know what I mean.

To tell her that what she's doing is wrong and encourage her to repent and focus on her marriage.

Amen. Nuff' said.

15"If your brother sins .....[b] go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. 16But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'[c] 17If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

1Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. 2Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. 3If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else, 5for each one should carry his own load.
6Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor.
7Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature[a]will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

And somehow I knew God was going to use me to be the one... I will obey sister Mia because I certainly don't want to get into any trouble with my Father. THANK YOU so much for your keen insight.

Love Ya.
