Flying on a Horse

Post by Blue101 on Sun Jul 25, 2010 10:39 pm

Hello everyone, Im new here. But ever since I've genuinely repented of my sins about 2yrs ago, the Lord truly saved me and since then I've been having lots of dreams and visions that I am now starting to pay attention to. I've learned to sleep with a pen and notepad now :)

This was recent 7/23. I recall a beautiful horse somehow appearing next to me. I remembered being surprised then it gestured for me to hop on so I did. Initially i was scared but then that feeling soon went away as I held on and trusted this horse. Before hoping on, i noticed the horse was soo beautiful, i can't remember what color, but i do remember rubbing its long mane. So im on the horse and it begins to ride/fly up high into the air, into the sky, around in circle, upside down..it was amazing. I remember feeling pure joy, excitement and peace. Somehow i remember introducing my dad to the horse saying, this is the one who saves you. I think my dad started to tear or something.

Just wanted some biblical feedback.

Thanks

When I read this I saw a blue horse and blue is commonly associated with the heavens (where Christ is seated) and we know that He is the only one who can save.

I don't think there are any biblical backings for Jesus being a horse but He has been symbolized by a lamb. However, that doesn't mean He wouldn't be symbolized that way in dreams.

The descriptions of beautiful and trustworthy also make me think: Jesus

Is your dad saved? If he isn't, then I would shout for joy at this dream, especially if you've been interceding for his salvation.

Love,
Mia

Yeha that's interesting because I have been speaking to my dad about the Lord for quite sometime and he's been able to witness the change and growth in my heart. From what I see my dad professes to know the Lord, but isn't living for him. I love my dad, but he's pretty self righteous. I know because I learned to be that way too. I thought as long as I did the "right" things, went to church, just ask for forgiveness for my sins when I fell, then I'm koo wit God. I had a heart of its ok that I sin against Him, no one's perfect right? Just as long as I ask for forgiveness or show up to church right? Wrong. There was a clear disconnect with the cross of Jesus Christ, that my sins deserved death and that there was nothing I could do in my own efforts to be "right" in Gods eyes. The Bible says if any man profess the name of the Lord, must turn from wickedness. I knew God was calling me to a genuine repentance, like he is for my dad.

Does flying have any significance?

Thank you and please keep my dad in prayer.

Flying in my dreams happens normally without a horse but the important thing here is the horse.

Normally, when I fly in my dreams something amazing and supernatural happens.

In this case, again, this dream is all about Jesus (the horse) being trusted and the one doing the wonders.

Father,

I thank you for this wonderful dream of Dad meeting Jesus FOR REAL. We thank you that his heart will be touched. We thank You in advance and will trust and wait for the manifestation of this dream and we pray Lord, that the good work that is begun in dad's life you will bring through to completion because Your will is that none should perish but that all would come to repentence.

We thank You in advance Lord for bringing it to pass and we thank You for the comforting revelation of what is to come.

Love and amen,
mia

This means a lot because he will be having a pretty intensive open heart surgery soon within a month or so as a result of a rare condition of his heart. Its amazing how the heart is the most important muscle in the body, yet also the most important thing God is most after.

Thank you again Mia. God Bless you sis!~
