Vindictive Boss Please Pray

Recommended Posts

Y'all,

Please pray for me. I had a dream Friday night about my work (which I posted), and I know God knows about the situation and how my supervisor treats me and one of my co-workers. I got very discouraged today because my supervisor didn't speak to me today....I mean, at all. When you work together in a room, it makes it difficult, and uncomfortable.

I know that she has major issues, and I guess it really shouldn't bother me, but it does. I'm tired of her lying, stealing, being rude and vindictive to me and my co-worker. Please pray that God will take care of this issue soon.

If anyone has any words they would like to share that the Lord gives them, that would be welcome.

Thanks!

Yes dreamster, a conquerer and not a victim. I like that.

I know how that goes working with people you don't trust. It makes it hard to get up in the morning and go to work. I work with people like that.
God is our strength! He give us the courage and strength to take authority over our atmosphere. I've spent many nights before work in prayer. And on my way to work I have an awesome worship time in the car. I prepare myself to walk into the office with the peace that God gives me. It's the only way I can walk into work with my head held high. Things have changed a lot. I still don't trust them but I don't feel that negative "vibe" thats makes the atmosphere uncomfortable.
I will be praying for you.....as well as your supervisor and co-worker.

You must certainly have purpose on this job because we have to ALWAYS remember that our fight is NOT against flesh and blood. The enemy NEVER comes after us for no reason. The one thing that I am learning is that the enemy is a reacter....he reacts to things that God is doing in our lives. He will use PEOPLE because he knows that's what gets us off of our game. We begin focusing on what they do and say to us, instead of keeping our eyes on Jesus.

I know you are praying about the situation, but instead of only praying about the situation, ask the Lord to reveal to you what your purpose is on this job...in that office. Once you know, then you can stretch forward...towards the mark for the "PRIZE" of the high calling in Jesus Christ. (Phil 3)

I will be praying because...I've been there and it wasn't easy until I took my eyes off of the individual. Be encouraged...
