Prayers needed!

Recommended Posts

Dear friend, I have entered the final stage of my application preparation for unis. There are so many things still to be done and especially I have to take one very important exam. Please pray that I stay organised and focused, that I receive God's anointing and favor in this preparation time. I need to find the right referees and also supernatural finances.
Please keep me in your prayers!

God bless you!

Hi brothers and sisters!

I am praying right now for the right colleges and so far I have prepared 4 applications, however there are more colleges to apply. In my heart I like one of them, it is appealing to me as it is also Christian. So now I am praying that God will show me THE ONE that is right for me and my future. Also I really want to know shall I apply to all of them or if it is the right for me, only there, not to pay money for additional applications.

One more thing, I am looking for a good driving school and a good teacher who can put a good foundation in me.

Could you join me in prayers, please.

I pray that God gives you very clear directions on the path that He'd have you go down.

"In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path"

His word says that He will direct your path so TAKE COMFORT that HE WILL! He will not leave you clueless.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.” Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)

“Behold, I am doing something new! It’s already happening; don’t you recognize it? I will clear a way in the desert. I will make rivers on dry land.” Isaiah 43:19

”Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 (NIV)

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 (NIV)

“As I think in my heart, so am I.” Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)

“God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind.”

“But these things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, do not despair, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient! They will not be overdue a single day.” Habakkuk 2:3 (TLB)

“Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding;” Proverbs 3:13 (NIV)

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Amen and wow! God is speaking through you. These scriptures are partially the ones He had given me and I am holding onto them Actually I live under this banner "Behold, I am doing something new! It’s already happening; don’t you recognize it? I will clear a way in the desert. I will make rivers on dry land.” Isaiah 43:19 " and move with this promise! Thank you for confirmation!
Praise Lord, He is trully amazing!!!

I have posted this prayer request a while ago and since then so many things have happened. And I am so thankful to God for leading me to post this request here as if not your replies and prayers, especially the verses that Mia posted, I do not know how and where I would have been now!

To Mia - the bible verses you gave are trully from God and I have been standing on them since you posted.
I even can not underline a certain verse that stand out most, every single verse spoke to me in various situations I went through. Mia, you even wrote the verses in the order of progression of the situations of my life

For example, I took my graduate test twice but didn't have the results I expected. The score was less than average and not enough to get accepted. But for me it is important that I diligently studied the test and the couple of months I was doing it, God took me higher in our relationship, equiping me spiritually, physically. At the moment the universities I have applied have told me "NO".

I took another test for my university but scored lower than expected. But my knowledge in this exam was much stronger.

As for driving classes and an instructor, I found a good one. I drove enough hours and did really good, the expetations of my instructor and people around me and mine too have been very high. But for some reason I failed ALL THREE behind the wheel tests. Can you imagine?

I do not understand fully, the purpose why God took me through certain things, I mean through physical eyes all these situations and some other ones I didn't write about seem to be failures, defeat. The truth is it was really painful and disappointing to fail in things I was sure I would do EASILY. And first I had that feeling but again God's promises and Word kept me alive. Inside I feel a victor instead of feeling defeated.

I took a break for a while from driving and now I started taking classes with a new instructor, I have decided to leave behind the disappointment concerning my education and see where God will lead me.

Would like to ask to keep me in your prayers and encouragement as I go into what I believe is the final stage of my race for this season.

Praise God for you all!

There was a certain man.... (kidding)... Once upon a time... (kidding, again). Seriously, one time, the Lord gave me a prophecy for one of my moderators. I had a dream of her carrying a HUGE stack of books and heard the word provision.

She had been going to college but didn't know how she was going to pay for the upcoming year.

The dream prophesied that she would be provided for but that year she didn't go to school because she never got the provision.

Looked like the prophecy was wrong BUT.... you don't need a prophetic word for something that is about to happen. Oftentimes, a prophetic word is BECAUSE you will go through a period where it doesn't look like it's going to happen.

If she was going to get provided for in a few weeks the prophecy wouldn't have been so important. However, she went a year without attending college because the funds didn't come. BUT! The next year, she received her provision and I think, not positive so don't quote me, it was $20,000 for tuition and books!

The Lord told her that year because He knew she wasn't going to get it then and He knew there would be a period where it didn't look like it was coming, but the Word given to her was to comfort her through the dry period....

So take comfort during your dry period that the LORD is doing something GOOD on your behalf.

Love,
Mia

Yes, I know who you are writing about but I didn't know the whole story, very inspiring and uplifting, thanks for reminding me it

This line speaks to me SO CLEARLY, I didn't see when I first read it but after rereading, I clearly saw things which I didn't see before. I would say this line is like a key to some questions I have been asking God recently, wow! I never realised earlier how a prophetic dream, an encouraging dream works

Still with my mind I do not understand many things but I know who I believe, He WILL COME THROUGH!

Thanks Mia and blessings

I felt the inspiration of the Holy Spirit when I wrote it so I knew it was from Him for you so PRAISE GOD for your confirmation!

Mia, I have been meditating recently on the prayer needs I wrote about and one more thing which is not in the list and I was wondering why I haven't been receiving as much confirmations and encouragements through people, Word, dreams as I used to before. I had and still have this impression that everything is in standstill and it seems that nothing is moving and I really COULDN"T understand WHY, even in my prayer life and worship time. I literally don't know how to pray, what to proclaim as if those scriptures given by God were for a season. And when I come to prayer or Bible reading, I just can not pray the same thing over and over. Do you see what I mean here?

I believe that one sentence was an answer from the Lord.

Praise God. I am so glad that He met your needs. I live for moments like that from the Lord where I hear just exactly what I needed and I know it's from Him.

You know, Nubava, the best prayer, in my opinion is:

Lord, Help!

Love,
Mia

So, tmrw early in the morning, I am taking my driving test. I do not say once more as I just leave the past failures behind and start from the scratch. Basically, it's my first behind the wheel test

As I was reading the Bible in the morning before the test, I came across the following verse which I believe is a confirmation of the verse you put once more.

"See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you"

Isaiah 42:9

Thanks and praise Lord as right after three days, my mom passed her exam with flying colours, she was very afraid, our instructor didn't believe she would pass the exam but GOD is with her. The person who actually took the exam, on the exam paper wrote "pretty good" and drew a smile:) which is very rare. Now my mom is more confident and she believes that she can drive.
I love how God can work in our lives, when men say it can not be done, Gode says a BIG "YES".
