open bible

Post by daisyscheihing on Mon Sep 14, 2009 4:32 am

[b]I had a dream of my bible .This bible was one I had many years in the past. I recognized the burgundy on the edges.

(I was a Sunday school teacher at the time and quite happy .I felt the Lords anointing and help in teaching. )I have not been a teacher for many a year.

The bible was open in the direct center. In this dream a Sunday school quarterly lay on the open bible. The quarterly had the one front page turned back.

On the Sunday school quarterly , were the legs of some one walking forward.

Any thoughts?

I am not in a place to work in the church ministry. Not as a teacher.

Again I have been told others things about this and its posted.

Thanks for any help.

Do you think you need to progress or move forward in your christian walk? Do you think God is tugging your heart to return back to the basics and start teaching again?

please pray on what I've said

Yes, I do think that is so.

And you have confirmed it to me.

This has all come about with in a month. I am a little shocked because. I had decided I was not to work in a work again like teaching.

I am praying for guidance.I needed this word of Encouragement !
Thanks so much

I'm assuming you know the direct center of the bible verse is Psalm 118:8 It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. (niv) and the exact middle word is Lord.

God is beyond amazing, he is so good.

Sunshine~ As I was thumbing through some of these post....your's stuck out like a sore-thumb...so to speak. I too am a teacher in the body of Christ and therefore can relate to your mold of present thinking. When I read this the Lord reminded me of the scripture in Rom. 11:29~For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Now....The ultimate fulliment of this scripture is an unconditional covenant and a promise that God made with his people, meaning that once God has bestowed a gift or gifts and therefore has been called out he in return (repentance) will not irrevocable take back or turn back what he has given....only to say it was temporary or I (lord) made a mistake in picking this one. What the Lord has imparted unto you is a great assest to the body of Christ and a service of Love to all, What he wishes to accomplish through you only adds to the Kingdom of Heaven.....For great will be your reward in doing so...because it is genuine and unfeigned word of God....Wow, what a promise.

Salutations~Halo
