My Pet Tiger

Post by kimberlynich on Mon Aug 31, 2009 5:17 pm

I posted this dream several months ago yet I still have not reach the full clarity from it where I can rest.

I am on the phone with a man who is giving me the contact information of someone I should speak with in order to get press coverage for my nonprofit organization SAVY. While I am on the phone with the man, I have my hand in my pet tigers mouth and I am trying to push my pet tiger out of my apt because he had grown to big to stay in it with me.

My pet tiger is resisting, so I have to push him a bit to get him out the door. Once I finally get him out of the apt, he runs freely around the apt grounds where I live. Sheri from the property management and the Super are trying to catch the tiger but do not. End Dream.

hi there, just a few thoughts, God wants to bless your business but there is a condition that you remove the tiger, ask for a word to identify the tiger, you may not agree with God on who the tiger is, thatís why i feel its long in coming, it has been hidden from you, you will see it as you surrender to Him, it is going to be very difficult/battle to get this person out your life (the dream says that), victory is in the name of Jesus, call to him, prayerfully consider and take what witnesses with you, blessings martin

Martin-

I appreciate your response. And believe you are on point in that the tiger is a condition as well as a person. I am the only person who operates the business really. The other person who co-founded with me has very very little involvement.

What leaves me unsettled is why would my former property manager and former super be chasing the tiger while he is running around the property grounds.

Could the tiger be related to your business?? Like you might be outgrowing the circumstances you were in a year ago and need more room? And perhaps your business was out of control?

Hi Mia-

Umm, there is a possibility the tiger could have been related to the business. I left the dream alone since I never received a clarity that left me rested, meaning I knew the interpretation was on-point and therefore could rest in what was revealed.

At times, I thought the tiger might have been me or representative of a male friend. Again since I never received full revelation, and nothing noted fully resonated with my spirit I left it alone.

Could you elaborate on your post?

My daughter had a dream about a black and white tiger that is my pet that I have on a leash. I give the leash to one of my former employees.... and the tiger dies. My daughter tries to give it CPR and it looked like it was working for a minute but it doesn't save the tiger.

This is symbolic of one of my restaurants that I have him work at. It does not work out. My daughter tries to help but that doesn't work either.

Your tiger, you are trying to push out of your apartment because it is taking up too much room. Is your business taking up too much of your life? Do you want your business out of your life? Or is it possibly growing so much that you need more room for it? What has happened in your business since that time?

Hi Mia-

Interesting! I forgot to mention I was pushing my tiger out of my bedroom to get it to the front door, to then push it out. So much was going on last year when I had that dream. The interesting thing about me being on the phone in the dream trying to get press coverage for the non profit, was something I never had to do, recognitions just came from out the blue.

No, the non profit has not grown to the level I had believed it would. At that time of the dream, I was balancing my life pretty well, meaning working hard and doing things I like to do. Because of a number of things not manifesting for the business, the way I would have liked, I did speak very negatively and started to complain about not wanting to do it anymore. Needless to say, much isn't happening with the non profit today.

I also thought the tiger represented a male friend.

If the tiger were the business it could have represented it being slowly pushed to the outer edges of your life.

If it were the tiger were the male friend, what about the tiger reminds you of a male friend?

Hi Mia-

You are causing some things to come back to me. When I had the dream, I had been in prayer and I felt in my spirit that I was being made aware that something that I poured into and nutured, I would be separating from.

There were only two things in my life that it could have represented. SAVY, the nonprofit and the male friend. I thought it was the male friend because I was seeking God a great deal about the too of us. Needless to say, SAVY has been pushed to the outer edges of my life. I now solict our curriculum to schools to run our program instead of directly facilitating it myself and the male friend well, we are not in communication anymore either. So maybe it represented both.

Interesting.

The one thing that makes me think it might be your male friend was the tiger was in your bedroom, an area of intimacy.

On the other hand, when I think of pet tiger, I think BIG pet-project. Something big, and remarkable, that I am responsible for.

Exactly. That's why I thought the tiger represented my male friend. Mia- you are helping me and this is indeed God's timing!

As I ponder your statement BIG pet-project; the tiger was very big, which is why it was so hard for me to push it. And SAVY was a big project, we changed and impacted many teen girls' lives. Funny, I worked from home. I never had an outside work office. In the early stages of starting the nonprofit my office was my bedroom! As a matter of fact , my office had always been in my bedroom, until I moved into the apt, where I had the dream, then my office was set up in my living room.

In the dream after the tiger was finally out of the apt, he ran around the grounds of the apt building freely, like that's where he was suppose to be instead of confined to a small apt. Our program was focused on the area of Brooklyn NY, but now that we have the curriculum, any school anywhere can use it. I do believe God was fore warning me. And many things are resinating with me from your posts.

That makes perfect sense. You moved the tiger from your bedroom to the living room and finally he's outside.

Praise God!

Thank you so much Mia! Now I know I can move on to other things and be okay with activity from SAVY being on the "outside edges of my life."

Praise God! and Happy New Year to you and your family.
