Please pray for me and with me that I will grow in the prophetic gift that the Lord is so dealing with me in and I am struggling with it. I really want the anointing of God to be made manifest in my life and ministry. Thank you

We thank you Lord for your calling that you have given to Seeker38, Lord we thank you that we have the calling whether we feel the annointing or not but we pray Lord the annointing would fall on her and it would be a Elisha annointing. Father we thank you for your grace which rests upon her and that you Lord will give her wisdom and understanding in this gift that will edify all those whom she ministers to. We also thank you Lord that it is all done for your glory and your honor and that the gift would be manifest in the way that you have ordained it from the beginning of time. Amen. The Lord says, Pray that you may prophesy! The devil would have us convinced that praying and desiring to prophesy is wrong but that's not what the word says! If He says to pray that way it is because He wants to grant the petition so I agree and say, Yes and Amen!

My best advice, in my experience anyway, to be anointed in the prophetic is to be IMMERSED in the things of the Lord. I am not saying that you aren't but, for me anyway, the prophetic is on max power when I am living, eating, and breathing, the things of the Lord. Stay in that place, and get out with people, and the prophetic will follow.

I have been immersed in the things of the Lord, fasting and praying constantly. Seeking Him for clear instruction and direction. I feel the anointing of God in my life just at sometimes I struggle with the things that the Lord would have me say, sorta like Jeremiah. I am sold out to the Lord completely and just want to know that I am pleasing Him in every area of my life. Thank you for the encouraging words they mean so much.

I know how you feel and if you ever want to talk about it just let me know.

One thing that has helped me to say things that I am not comfortable saying is remembering in the moment when I'm scared (I'm not saying you don't this is really just what I do), Do I want to please people or the Lord? And that usually provides enough fuel for me to speak. Its the times when I don't remember to think that that I get tripped up.

That would great Mia if we could talk more about it. I will try what you mentioned above. At that moment think about do what the Lord says and not think about what people have to say about it. So yes I would like to talk more about it and get some more insight.
