Plane Crash

I had a dream a couple nights ago where this massive plane had somehow had the edges of it's wings come off. The plane flipped upside down and crashed in the distance near a big lake. In the dream I wasn't in the plane, but in a hotel looking out the window watching that happen. I remember in the dream thinking about the poor people on board.

Also, the dream took place in a big city, I think possibly Toronto. (I live in Canada, but not Toronto)
