My supervisor is after me

Recommended Posts

I really need help. My supervisor is after me and is not looking for my best interest. Today, she sent me an email where she accused me of not meeting a deadline and i responded with two emails stating that I had completed the work that she ask me to submit. Than she sent me an email stating that my "tone" was inappropriate. Than she approached me while I was on a call and stated that I could leave and because it was an important call, I told her that I would just stay there sick and than reiterated the same thing and I said I would rather stay. So than she sent me an email stating that I should change my tone going forth with her. I am exasperated at this job. I am fully aware that noone likes me and she is now causing all the other trainers to not associated with me by threatening them in small meetings. I mean today I was so stressed that I considered resigning although I know that God gave me the position in the first place. I was selected by a manager to sit in the position of trainer 2 years ago and I have did everything that they asked me to do in order to be promoted. This supervisor became my supervisor one year ago and has chased out three other trainers who were good trainers. SHe has convinced our head manager that I am wrong and I should be written up. I dont know what else today. The thought of committing suicide even crossed my mind but I Rebuked it but its hard to sit there and watch her lie on me to everyone and get away with it. I really need the saints to pray.

Father in the name of Jesus I come against the enemy right now and bind it's hold over Tolos2009. I tell you Demon take your hand off our sister in Christ. You have no hold over her. Father I release into her life the Holy Spirit and that He would fill her right now to overflow. I pray He would permeate every pour of her body right now in Jesus name. Father I thank you that you hear our prayer. Father I place a hedge of protection over her and plead the blood of Jesus over her right now. No weapon formed against her will prosper. Every knee must bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord and there is no other. Get thee behind me satan! Father thank you, your word is true! Then enemy has no right to us and that we are set apart unto you! Father I thank you that it says in your word that: He who dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide in the shelter of the Almighty. Father thank you that you love us and that you are moving out the ungodly and the unjust and bringing in the Godly and the righteous!

Father we thank you in Jesus name! We give you all the Glory and the Honor in Jesus name!

Your servant,

Connie praying praying

PS: Tolo2009 Plead the blood everyday and when she tries to come against you again plead the blood over her mouth, your desk your chair, your work, your building, etc. Just keep pleading the blood over you at all times. If you have anointing oil, anoint your work office and your desk and your bosses desk.

One other thing my husband and I are prayer partners and will take this to pray right away but I would like to suggest a gospel cd by Grace Williams called "Fire Fall". It is awesome. Take time to worship with this and concentrate on this verse......Immerse yourself in this......Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct you path.

Put your full confidence in Him.....Just say Lord, I don't understand this but I know that you are taking care of this in Jesus name. Go literally by this and don't try to figure it out or reason it out. Just put your confidence in Him and let Him take over. Don't go by the physical. We do not war against the flesh but against the principalities. I will be praying in agreement and let me know the outcome. God Bless my sweet sister in Christ.

In His service,

Connie

One other thing. Post scripture near your desk, like on the wall. One that comes to mind is: Psalm 91 (the whole chapter) , Psalm 23 (the whole chapter), and also Eph 6:11-13. 11: Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12: For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rules of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13: Therefore take up the wole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

I had a similar situation where I used to work and I put up scripture. This freaked out a lot of people and they started leaving me alone, especially my boss.

God Bless,

Connie

Lori,

My prayers are with you. Before you even go in to work, command your morning. For example, take authority over the atmosphere by speaking the Word of God regarding it; such as, "Lord, I thank you that with favor you surround me like a shield." Ps. 5:12. "Lord, I thank you that this is the day that You have made, and I WILL rejoice and be glad in it."

As Connie said, fill your mouth with what God says, and the circumstances will have to line up with God's Word!

Hold on. You will get through this.

Lots of love!!!!

Delaine
