Sort of a Wedding

Post by gracee (lionhgirl) on Fri Feb 15, 2013 4:48 pm

I was in a large building and I was aware that it was my wedding..sort of. The groom wasn't there - so it was more like a bachelorette party. I was with a group of about ten women and we had just come from a meal at home and now we were in a large building, like a hotel. We were moving from one room to another. On the way, I looked into one room and it was huge, everything was white, and I loved it and thought it would be a nice room for a wedding. I kept walking to the end of the hall to a huge ensuite/hotel room. We only had an hour in it and I wanted the hotel staff to take a photo of us, but I realised my camera was full. I deleted the blurry photos. My friends were already sitting on the couch ready, in exactly the same position and exactly the same dress but different colours - like bridesmaids. I sat down next to them. They sat to my right and to my left was a friend who was sitting on the floor and not cooperating with the photographer. She was wearing a different dress to the others, I didn't mind, but one thing that stood out to me was that on the back there were crisscrossed ribbons of different colours. My hair had gone flat and I wanted to fix it. I can't even remember if a photo was taken.

Is there a new commitment that you are preparing to take on?

I am in the process of making decisions for this year - I haven't made any commitments yet, and I have about 3 different things to choose from..

I believe that is what your dreams is about. Is there one particular situation that you don't feel quite perfect for?

Are you interested in one that is going to be more difficult than the others?

One decision is comfortable - returning to what I was doing before. And the other is uncomfortable in that it's against 'better judgement' and people won't agree. I've been living without a job or anything for about 4 months and I've been wondering if that is something I should continue. The second is the more difficult decision.

Do you think that people are right for not agreeing with the problem situation?

I may not have explained the situation in the best way possible. People would want me to return to study- the comfortable option. And I see that is the safer option, and I understand why they would be backing that one. I think people are right to be concerned, if I didn't feel led by God I wouldn't be considering living a life of such risk.

Hey Mia, sorry to bring up this dream again - but I just realised I had this other dream on the same night, that I forgot about - could I share it with you? Im wondering if it's again about this..

I was home with my mother. A man walked in and proposed to my mum. Initially I was really excited, and she was too.

In the next scene, dad came home and I remembered that she was married, so I was a little worried about how everything would play out at this point. The man who proposed walked up to my dad and told him that he had feelings for my mum. My dad said, “Yeah, but you didn’t have to say anything did you?” dad was very calm about it.
Later, I’m standing outside our house on the street. The man drives up again to our house again. I started throwing things at his car. I said, “Go find another family to ruin, cause you’re not ruining this one!!” and then he drove away.
Then I went up to my parents and I was so happy, I was laughing. And we all hugged. Then mum said something like, “well, we did get married early.” Dad asked her to go for a walk with him down to the fences. She said no, but I thought I might go with him.

No worries. Don't apologize.

I don't think this is about your wedding dream.

Read this link: http://heartsongministry.com/theme_people.html

Then, tell me who this might be about.
