Ex covering his face...

Post by tbsmilesbig on Thu Dec 29, 2011 12:19 am

Can I get some suggestions on the meaning of this dream, please? I'm aware that people in our dreams are not always the person they may appear to be in the dream, so I'm not sure who this represents IRL:

I was laying on a bed with my ex-boyfriend talking to him (we were fully clothed), but he was really sleepy. He even told me a couple of times how tired he was; his arms were over his face - one forearm resting on his forehead and the other arm was over his nose area. I felt like the focus was on his arms and the fact that he was really tired. My thought was that I could lay down in his arms since he was sleepy, but for some reason I didn't.

Any thoughts? I haven't had a dream like this before.

Bed:

Rest, salvation, meditation, intimacy, peace, covenant (marriage, natural or evil), self-made.

Symbol of spiritual fornication, idolatry, lusts.

Sleep:

Unconscious: Unaware; hidden or covered; ignorance; danger; death.

Symbol of rest, refreshment or spiritual stupor, indifference.

Hmmm...anyone close to you who's tired? Maybe spiritually...?

Did it seem like he was hiding his face?

And...your thought at the end in the dream - is there someone whom you feel like you could embrace in their tiredness, but you haven't yet?

I'm just tossing around ideas here.

Thanks for the definitions, Cloud. I'll keep those in mind.

Thanks, White. He seemed to be in more of a resting position, than actually covering his face. Still thinking on the comforting another part. thinking
