Repost: Vision of a dove

Post by Sabrina on Mon Aug 29, 2011 10:01 pm

I was crying to God crying and opened my eyes and a white translucent dove holding a branch in it's beak flew past in front of me in the middle of my living room. I was crying out to God about the dream about the horseman and why I have been feeling so helpless. This scripture has been in a song I've been listening to. ‎17 “‘In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
18 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy. Acts 2:17-18

The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17

Dear Sabrina!
I'm not an expert dream/vision enterpreter.

After I read your vision,I also thought of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the last days.

It may also be a refering to hope and peace. After the flood when Noah sent out the dove and second time it came back with an ovive leaf in it's mouth.

Please toss anithing that does not confirm what the Lord tells you.
God bless you.

Isaiah 55 verse 8

[8] For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

I have come to realize that God's knows best despite how things may appear, he knows and he sees the past and the future and as a result have a much much more greater perspective than us. Continue praying and asking God to have mercy on people, and that people will repent. Trust in God, be strong in God. Stay in the word of God.
