exiting out a side door

Post by rosebush on Tue Jun 28, 2011 6:46 pm

Had a dream in my childhood home where my "boyfriend" exited out the side door, also the kitchen door. ??

It would have made more sense for him to exit out the front door, as he was in the living room, but instead he followed me into the kitchen and out the door.

Just a thought....a servant uses a side door, a son uses the front door. Perhaps your boyfriend doesn't feel like he's part of the family yet?
Another thing that came to mind was John 10:1 and 2: "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep." I don't know how this would apply to your boyfriend, but once again, the thief and the robber don't belong where they trespass.
