leaving rooms, but not closing doors: recurring dream
leaving rooms, but not closing doors: recurring dream
I had two separate dreams where I was in rooms. Inside the room was the same thing- and I didn't want it. The first time I left slowly out the door but did not close the door.
The second time I rushed out the room, it was like I could not get out fast enough, but I saw the door and it was wide open...
Does the fact that I noticed both times that I the door was still open possibly mean that God has not shut the door on these things?
Any insight/prayers would be appreciated.
Thank you
RL

I know what event I walked away from. I'm just wondering if God is showing me what to do considering the door was never shut... :-\

Re: leaving rooms, but not closing doors: recurring dream
Well... one room I am with my aunt and she is buying an adobe house (in real life, shortly after this happened she bought an adobe house). I am looking around the house and a lady told me that there is a room upstairs that I had not known about. I went upstairs with her and her son is on a bed covered in a white sheet. He is laying there. The lady is pointing at him. I shrugged and walked out of the room (the door stayed open).
The second dream I am sitting on a grassy field with my Mom. The same person the first dream is running a dog on an agility course... the dog fell and then got back up and he continued running the dog. The next thing I know, his mother shows up and begins speaking with my mom. All I can think about is that I am not attracted to this guy. I crawl out of the room frantically (like a crab walk kids do in PE because I was sitting down and it was the fasted way out. I get out of the room still able to see through the door and see that the door is still wide open.
So, the rooms are about a guy... it's about the same guy. The doors are both left open twice...
That help ya?

Re: leaving rooms, but not closing doors: recurring dream
A relationship with him was something that at the time I didn't want... but all of a sudden my heart changed... it has changed. I definitely was crabby about the situation at first...
I just can't understand why my heart changed about him... I felt like i was resisting God for a year and a half and then my heart changed about him... I don't know if God changed my heart or not. :-\
See, we chatted recently and both agree that we have never quite dealt with somebody quite like each other...
Sorry, just venting my confused heart.
Thanks dreamster for your insight. :)
