OH YES!!!!! You get WAY more than if you were just waking up remember ing them. Even if you just wake up to record what you were feeling, you still get SO much more when you record!!!! Mia and I both have been in awe at how much God gives us and we dont even realize it!!! When we rewind things that we've mumbled in the middle of the night the very next day, we are in awe to find that some of the things we mumbled have already come to pass THAT DAY! the trick to that is just really concentrating on waking up when you have a dream and pressing the record button. I just sleep with the thing in my hand some nights. You remember WAY more prophetic stuff than you would if you recalled them in the morning. My husband was so impressed that now he wakes up in the middle of the night asking for the recorder!!!!

I echo what Daphanie said....I find that even waiting 1/2 hour makes me lose a lot! OTOH, if I record the dream 1st thing, when I go back to it, I find my verbal notes trigger other things that I didn't remember until hearing the recording..

In my case, I use my phone (Palm Treo) - it has a voice recorder so I keep it by the bed. When I wake up after a dream, I stay in bed and turn it on and describe the dream as quickly as I can because I immediately start to lose the dream when i wake up, worse if I get out of bed and start walking around...

I used to write my dream in a journal but it would take too long to write it out with detail...

right lurdys! I forget as soon as i wake up too, its better to record while im half asleep, cause i still have the feelings of the dream.... i use a hand held voice recorder and audio tapes. you can get the recorders at walmart for like 20-30$ the tapes are like 2-3$ Its worth it to me!!

Yes, exactly. I just say "I dreamt that..." and describe the dream as a story, as though I was talking to someone telling them what the dream was about. I also try to remember feelings, colors, anything that stood out as odd, etc.

Blessings,

Lurdys

Thats what I do too. Sometimes all i can recall are feelings, but i record that too and ANYTHING i can recall from the dream. Also I hear voices as im falling asleep and sense that they are angels speaking and can sometimes see them and i wake up and recor what they say. May sound a bit crazy but it happens often and im often surprised at what they have to say! I'll write about that topic one day! lol

That's funny, I sometimes hear a voice as I'm waking up...

Sometimes, I find myself waking up to a worship song...
