MY BOAZ SLEPT OVER

Post by HisLightbeam on Wed Dec 22, 2010 8:06 am

I dreamt that I was with my pastors' daughters and all the

grand-daughters. It was like a sleep-over. We watched t.v., we did

hair, we made snacks, we even stuck a ham in a toaster oven. I checked when I was half-way through curling my hair. LOL. I

went into the bathroom, and saw somebody's face cream and an

electronic facial scrub-I couldn't tell which product was which. Was

one foundation and repair, or just peach facial scrub. I was going

back into the room to sleep and I noticed in the other room, my

Boaz. At first, he was watching tv. Then he laid down. Finally, he

fell asleep. I covered him with a sheet and went into the other

room, and it was packed end to end with my family girls and

pastor's family ladies. We were sleeping on these yellow sheets that

I have for real. I went to sleep, hearing my Boaz snoring. When I

woke up, I went to the kitchen, then back to the bathroom. I

thought, well, K has heard me snoring! I wonder what he thinks

about that? I looked in the other room, let my eyes adjust to the

gloom, and saw that he was no longer under the sheet asleep, it was

rumpled on the bed. I was disappointed and I laid back down. Then

there was an outside view of our houses, where it seems that our

houses were now closely aligned and seated beside each other. We

had the same type of roofing, like heavy wood shingles, and the

same building material for our houses, except mine was kind of

burnt orange in color, with white trim on the windows, and his was

olive green with white trim. My house was a two-story house, his

was a one-story, but we were now on a hill together.

What could this possibly mean?

Hi Lightbeam,

Just trying to clarify who Boaz is.
Sorry if it is something simple that I am missing.

My Boaz is someone that the Lord told me was my mate, several years ago. I kept asking for confirmations, until one day, the Lord told me I wasn't getting anymore, and that I was just going to have to believe Him. LOL hee hee

Ps, the houses were so close together that they were either attached, touching or almost touching, but I could not tell, because I only had a side view.

How wonderful! It's your husband. You are both Christians!

Oh, my God! I had to just cover my mouth to keep from hearing my mother scream for joy! Why do you say that, Mia? I have waited so long, I feel tired, but I want to make sure that I am still supposed to wait, now.

I say that because it's all right there in black and white.... blue and white. Everything in your dream says husband....

CHRISTIAN HUSBAND

Your foundations and houses are built the same. The sleep over is definitely biblically symbolic of a future mate, right down to the sheets you slept with.

When I read this dream I thought, "Almost like Boaz and Ruth; but she slept at his feet though."

That's what I thought too. But the sheet that they slept with was symbolic of that too.

When I read this part, marriage came to my mind too. Same foundation and building materials. The details are different because you're individuals but also because you have different roles...but you're side by side, on top of the mountain.

When it manifests, send us invitations!

That's exactly what I thought about the houses, Lurdys.

I thought it was the City built on a hill.

Post by HisLightbeam on Wed Dec 22, 2010 5:01 pm

i am so excited...i am in silent prayer mode right now, because i don't want the enemy to intercept a thing, but i know who he is. i have been dreaming about him for some years, and the first day i met him i had this long dream about marriage and ministry, followed by dreams of diverse trials, and finally a dream of coming out refined, so i know who he is. i have worked with him in ministry for a while. i moved away during my trials. i have forced myself to be still and not try to fix anything, and most of all, i force myself to have faith everyday that God is able to do this without me.

Ya'll thanks, I did not understand this dream at all, especially, the girls, but when I reflected back, I remember hugging my pastor's wife and telling her how much the girls in her family remind me of my siblings! She even looks like my oldest sister.

MIA, Lurdy's, V, Piano, one of my main issues is struggling not to look left or right, but just to listen to the voice behind me, saying, this is the way, walk in it.

Maybe it's time. I hope it is.

BECAUSE-I keep wanting to go to that subject and when i find myself doing it, I deny myself the right to go to that subject, or ask why when where how what questions. I fight with myself so that I don't make any idols of the gifts of God, but especially not of a mortal man.

By calling Him Boaz you are always declaring God's strength in him. and that is good.

Biblically, names somehow determine ones destiny and character.

Bless You

I just LOOOOOOVE Boaz!
This man is a knight in shining armor. Ruth was out in the field gleaning. I know she must’ve been looking a hot mess. I always picture her in huge sweats, boots, and a head rag. Of all those gleaners, he noticed her and inquired about her. He told the harvesters to leave her some “ON PURPOSE”(she’s getting the good stuff now). He told her NOT to go to any other field to glean but to always come to his fields. When he wanted to marry her, he did things in order…

…look at me. Going on into the story like yall don’t know it but I get excited about Boaz. But I HAVE got to tell my favorite part. It’s when Ruth did as Naomi told her to do about sleeping at his feet. He had her to get up and leave before anyone saw her because he didn’t want anyone thinking wrongly about her. He had her best interest at heart. He is the perfect gentleman. Did I mention RICH?! holy moly

I think Ruth’s obedience unlocked doors for her. She did EVERYTHING Naomi told her to do.

I’m so excited for you. You and Cholette have blessed and encouraged me with your dreams and testimonies of your mates coming forth. It would really be something if we all sent out invitations around the same time. :hearts:

That story makes me cry. I think that for every daughter of sarah, there is a son of Abraham. For every Isaac who meditates in solitude in the evenings, there is a Rebekah, waiting to be revealed to him. For every Boaz, there is a Ruth who God draws through the love of another to worship Him.
