Re: An explosion and the man

Just read Mia's last post and wow this could be why I often try and over intellectualise a dream and over spiritualise a dream as I was taught to only look at my dreams from a spiritual context. I wonder how many dreams I have had where they are prophetic.

I am also wondering if it is only people with a prophetic gift that get dreams like this - that manifest in real life. I don't seem to have dreams like Mia does and they are often spiritual.

However my latest dream I 've posted, I would really hope is literal.

I also have a prophetic gift also and perhaps cause of this this teaching I have not taken notice of when things have come to pass, I will keep an eye out in future (actually both eyes lol! ) to see if I am having prophetic dreams.........I am a believer that we have whatever we ask or believe for. cool

YES!!!!! YES!!! YES!!!!

That is exactly why people do NOT notice when their dreams have a real life manifestation because they ARE NOT expecting it!

ok, that makes sense it's either a dream prophesying the future or it's a message from God. And usually the symoblic dreams have a message?

Yes. For the most part, (which means not every time) I believe symbolic dreams are often more spiritual than literal dreams, and more often have a spiritual message.

However, I just wrote this... and literal dreams have not so much literal warnings but wonderful... well anyway read it and you'll figure it out.

A literal dream is something that happens literally. A literal dream speaks about exactly what happens in the dream. There is no meaning that needs to be interpreted. The literalness of the dream is the meaning.

This dream is a great example of a literal dream that means exactly what the dream implies, and so much more. The entire dream was about one minute long and it was my grandmother and I cooking in the kitchen together.

At first when I dreamed this seemingly insignificant dream, I asked myself, Why do I dream about these mundane things? How will dreaming about cooking with my grandmother serve any divine purpose?

My answer to that question came several months later when my grandmother was in the hospital and refusing the treatment that she needed to save her life. My entire family was distraught because she wouldn’t consent to this surgery but then the Lord brought this dream to my memory and I realized how awesome the message was. I knew my grandmother was going to be fine and I was able to comfort some of my family through the message in the dream.

After a week of her grandchildren crying by her bedside she decided to have the surgery and she came through it like a champ. And as the dream prophesied, I did get to see her and spend time in the kitchen with her again.

I meditated on the dream after I interpreted it and the awesomeness of God’s nature was completely reflected in the entire situation from start to finish. God knew my grandmother was going to go through this scare but He didn’t worry me prematurely by showing me that my grandmother was going to be sick and recover. I didn’t need to know all that in advance. All I needed to know in advance was that I would see her again and that we would enjoy our time together. By giving me this simple dream well in advance, and bringing it to my memory at exactly the right moment, God spared me unnecessary worry and gave me the perfect comfort in the midst of the storm. The dream was so simple and so comforting… relax, you will be cooking the in the kitchen with grandmother again soon.

Yep. I saw that you KNEW it was a warning. Yay!

It may not even be an airport. I believe though that we will see it in the news. And the hexagon building could definitely symbolize a government building.

DS,

Actually, it's throwing out all your predispositiosn and starting all over with your dreams. Throw out what you know and wait to see what the dream means. At first I didn't know but then God started showing me little by little. I learned by experience of time by listening to Him and by seeing them come to pass. Nowadays I know when I dream something if it's literal or symbolic but it came from ignorning everything that I was taught and letting God teach me.

that's actually a good way to look at dreams Mia, to throw away everything you know about dream interpretation and ask God to teach you! That's something I can do, it's actually less stressful and if you are patient you can learn alot, from the Dream-Giver

Hey Mia,

Ya know it was a multiple building place but the one building had that pentagaon shape. But all glass instead of the actual pentagon building. It was like an airport in the sense that the buildings were well spaced apart like an airport would be. Thanks for comfirming what I believe is a warning dream for sure.

I will be watching the news and will notify if anything transpires. Have a bless day.

Love in Jesus,

Connie, I agree with Mia. when i read your dream I was feeling like God was showing you something that would happen and giving you revelation about it. I had a similar dream about the shootings at Fort Hood here in Texas. I was so close to the incedent that i was concerned i would be harmed, but i wasnt. It could be somewhere close to you...

Thanks Daph for your insight also. There is a lot to learn about dream interpretation and I appreciate everything you and Mia spoke about. Thanks for being willing to teach.

Love in Jesus,

Connie

Your explosion dream reminded me of this article because two of the most importan elements in the dream.

1.) You had a backpack and were collecting your belongings. Which literally mean a temporary stay.

2.) The explosion.

There was a terrible explosion at a resort in Cancun.
