Prophesying through Dreams and Visions

I had a dream last Tuesday that I was going to prophesy a prophecy of God's words versus giving a inspired message
through my own words. I was totally excited and shared it with Laura. She remembered the conversation
because I used the word oracle.

On Sunday, I was waiting for it to happen. Jesus said, I can do nothing on my own only that which I see the Father doing. The way that He has been showing me situations first and then the situation manifesting like He's already showed me has made it very easy to prophesy. It is also giving me understanding into what Jesus was talking about. He actually saw the thing happen in the spirit and THEN in the natural. Then, another verse the Lord has been reminding me of is where Nathan prophesied "according to all the words and the vision did he prophesy". Nathan also was given a vision AND words when he prophesied. That is so exciting to me!

Every week before church God has been showing me the events in advance, through dreams or visions, and then giving me the messages or words at the time to deliver them with a clue from the dream that this is the situation He showed me. For example, He gave me a vision of the Holy Spirit falling on particular people. Before the vision He showed me going somewhere dressed very modestly in a LONG dress but didn't show me where. The following Sunday, completely without thinking, I put on a LONG cream colored dress. As soon as it was resting on my body, the Lord POWERFULLY brought home the vision that He had shown me and I KNEW today was the day for that one to come to pass AND IT WAS!

Getting to the point..................

I had the dream that I was going to prophecy a word from God....using specific words from Him.

On Sunday, August 10, I was in church - it was a great service and then a family comes in and is seated next
to me. I immediately feel the presence of the Holy Spirit HEAVILY as they walk by me on their way to their seats. Didn't know where the Holy Spirit was going with this I just felt His presence come on me strongly.

The woman in this family, steps out during an altar call. As she walked up to the altar I heard the Lord say, "Refreshing." But that was all that I heard. While she was standing there I was thinking should I just go up and prophesy to her or should I wait? I better wait. I don't want to be out of order or coming out from under authority because I have not been granted permission to prophesy during an altar call.

So, I waited in my seat while she waited at the altar for Simone to finish up. Then, Simone moved to minister
to her. At that point, I decided that it was safe to go and tell Simone before she started praying that God had a word for her. Before I went up to give the word I saw Simone ask her and the woman must have responded about what she needed prayer for but I was behind her in my seat so I didn't know what the response was. So, before I went forward, Simone already knew why she was there.

So, I went and said to Simone. "God said, 'Refreshing' for her."

Then, Simone stepped back and said to the woman, "Mia has a word."

I was thinking, A word!?!?! Mia has one word, not 'A' word.

But as soon as she released me to give my "word", once I had opened my mouth to speak I was inspired with
more.

Move ahead two days, today, August 12, I went to morning intercession and while I was there I asked Simone, "Was the refreshing word on target for that lady? Can I ask what she requested prayer for?"

Simone said, "Refreshing."

I was like, "No way! God is so cool!"

I LOVE When God works like that!! It gives you so much more confidence to continue stepping out in faith when he sends a confirming word through someone else! Mia, your words are so inspiring-truly they are!

I know Desiree, God is totally inspiring even his fragrance on the words that we speak of Him are heavenly!

Ok Mia, I have goose bumps on that......so awesome is our Lord!!!!
